Default Concerned about more dental fistulas

Hello, I was recently diagnosed with a fistula above tooth 15 that needs to be extracted. Bone infection in the jaw was evident from the x-ray taken. This was a previously root canaled tooth. I am expecting to have the tooth extracted and the necrotic bone cleaned out in a few days. The oral surgeon has prescribed augmentin while I am waiting for the surgery.

I have noticed more sensitivity in my mouth and took a look this morning. I found these two round white, blister looking 'bumps' on both sides of my mouth near my bottom molars (I would guess these are in the vicinity of #28-30 and #19-21. There is also what appears to be a small canker sore next to one of these blistery bumps. Are these bumps normal in that part of your lower palate? Or could these be additional fistulas from bone infection?

With it being a Saturday, I know it would be difficult to see my dentist or the oral surgeon. But I don't know if it would be considered an emergency. I have no fever, but I feel miserable. Thanks so much.
