Also One of the main reasons I thought my symptoms were for the most part due to stress was because a friend of mine who is a professional muay thai fighter had been ko'ed twice in a row after the 2nd Ko he had pcs he had dizzy spells so bad he couldn't stand up let alone train but he kept training and in the mean time he got kicked in the head in sparring so hard it knocked teeth out shortly after that he went to Thailand to fight he's like ahh I just don't think about it. My pcs was mild in comparasson to his which led me to believe that over thinking as well as stress made my pcs symptoms linger longer then they should have because I found if I just chilled out I was fine no memory problems or anything and memory problems were really the only symptom of signifigance that I had
