Hi 23erg,
Welcome to the forum! Before I started to have sz. I got wicked migraine headaches for about a yr. and then the sz. started up. I also get dizzy every now and then. I have found that cutting back on the caffeine, and foods high in carbs and starch have been a big help to me.
Darlene gave you great advice about seeing a neuro or Epileptologist I have found seeing an Epileptologist the best help for me because they understand epilepsy much better and I have had to take fewer meds to control my sz.
Keep track of any faint feelings, dizziness etc. and write it down on a calendar what time it happens by doing this the neuro or Epileptologist you see may see a pattern when this happens to you. My Dr. found a pattern in my sz. I always have them certain days of each month either early in the morning or in the later afternoon. I wish you only the best of luck and May God Bless You!
