Hi 23erg --- I was in my 40s when I started having "spells" (I had NO idea those were seizures) and hideous headaches. I had never had headaches in my life and these were miserable monsters.
When the Triptans were developed they helped a bit ..... Now, more than 20 years later, after two surgeries, I don't have seizures but have migraines. Thank goodness they are much milder.
23erg - are you seeing a good neurologist? What does s/he have to say? Are you getting satisfactory help?
