I went to Whole Foods and bought a small bottle of organic Kefir. I tried it, it was a plain variety. I think it was like yogurt. I plan on using it for smoothies.

I think I can add a bit of it to some of my raw dairy and keep the Kefir cultures going, so I don't have to fork out that kind of $$ again for it.

It might have gone out already though, it is thick in the bottle, like eat it with a spoon, not a straw thick.
