My mom is very mobile she walks 6 plus miles a day lifts weights a couple times a week. It is like I am the older lady and she is the young person.
Another issue I have is I have made some very bad choices over the past years that I have been away. It is hard to explain and nothing illegal but not good. I often wonder if I would of made them if I was not so isolated.
My condition seems to change which is frustrating. For the first few years I never had burning or sweating. Now I drip,burn,and swell. I have not been in cold for many years so can't say what that is like.
Between budget,family,weather there is no perfect.
