Hi,
I have been considering doing a gratitude journal because I read somewhere that people who feel gratitude have more charisma.
I tried to find one thing each day per day to mark on an phone app but the app was too complicated!!!
So today I am grateful that I have good old fashioned note books and journals that I can use instead.
