I'd start with these for now.

You can hold off on the carnitine for a while, and you can pick up
methylcobalamin at Walgreen's now. (Nature's Bounty).
Also Costco has it too.

Consider magnesium in some form too. The Morton's Epsom lotion is easy and inexpensive now at WalMart. I use that everyday, and it is just wonderful.

I don't think the amount of methylB12 in the B-right is very high, and will only work well if you have intact intrinsic factor functions.
It is too low an amount for passive absorption (when intrinsic factor is broken).
