Thanks for that Mrs. D. I actually did buy the mortons magnesium lotion a few days ago and have been using a quarter size amount on each foot morning and night and I think it may have helped a little bit already. I live in UK and these pills are a lot cheaper here in USA so am stocking up whilst I visit my daughter and am here for another two weeks and will go to Walgreens for the B12.
