Default Hi Bizi

I am up in the air about selling this place. Once I do it is gone forwever. Not willing to go to assisted living yet, but I do need help to run a home. Any home would present the same issues. This is a bit of paradise, and I don't think I would have any trouble now selling. The issue has always been about insurance. They want 9,500 per year for 925 sq foot of house.(just for flood) I am on ground floor is the problem. Citizens in corrupt, and may not pay out even if I could afford the insurance which I cannot. NONE of my neighbors now have any kind of insurance. We call it going bare. Terrible scarry with the storms and all. When I first moved here, had my job, and my health, the insurance rates were fine, about 1,000 per year. Now it is out of reach. I have no idea what to do. I do have a housemate which helps out alot. He thinks I should hold on to this place, and not sell. He is a carpenter, and could help me if we got a storm. I pray no storms daily!. Thats the scoop. xxginnie
