Could be the tramadol. Dizziness, and sometime nausea are
side effects. Really high doses of tramadol can cause seizures.

I wouldn't take "extra" unless your doctor told you to.
Some people are sensitive to tramadol, and have seizures more than others-- even when no other drugs are used.

If you are still taking that Zoloft?

There is a major interaction warning between these two drugs.
Your pharmacy should have caught that for you.

Talk to your doctor before using sertraline and traMADol. This can cause altered consciousness, confusion, poor muscle coordination, abdominal cramping, shivering, pupillary dilation, sweating, high blood pressure, and high heart rate. If you take both medications together, tell your doctor if you have any of these symptoms. You may need a dose adjustment if you take both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
150mg of immediate release tramadol (the 50mg tablets) is considered a high dose. When people need higher dose tramadol, the ER form is then used, to minimize risks and side effects.

Please be careful.
