I'm sorry you have been having such a stressful time. I'm just a newbie with CRPS so I'm not sure how much help I can offer.
I would say to try to take some quiet time for yourself. I know it can seem impossible but I think it is essential. I like to have a nice bath. Maybe some relaxing bath oil? The bath itself helps with my pain. I also love heat packs.
The worst of my pain is in my hand, wrist and shoulder. I also have pain in the rest of my arm. When I can't sleep, I find it really helps to ask my husband to gently massage my forearm. I feel safer with that since it isn't the most painful area but the relief and distraction usually send me off to sleep. He also sometimes gently massages my shoulder but I don't fall asleep.
