The inflammation issue makes sense. I have not seen any direct research. There are a variety of ways inflammatory response can be triggered. Also, the neck inflammation can be a cause.
Have you tried NSAIDS ? Rather than the steroids ?
How long have you been doing the LENS ?
What does your LENS therapist suggest LENS can do for you ?
