Have you tried NSAIDS ? Rather than the steroids ?

How long have you been doing the LENS ?

What does your LENS therapist suggest LENS can do for you ?
Hi Mark,

I have tried NSAIDS such as ibuprofen but they do not have an effect. I suppose they are not strong enough.

I have only had one LENS treatment and it was mostly a baseline measure with little therapy. I have a full therapy session tomorrow and will see how it goes. I am told to not expect improvements until 4+ sessions (maybe just so they can squeeze more money from me) so will keep you posted.

The LENS therapist seems to think the treatment can improve many of my symptoms through some kind of brain re-wiring. I do not know the specifics but am at the stage where I will try anything.

Thanks
