The highest dose i could find was the one from Konig Labiratorium Canada which has 1000 mcg/pill. They say i should take just one /day. Since you suggested 5 mg, should i take 5????

I don't know why here, in Romania, the the doses are so low. I found pills with only 100 mcg and injections with just 50 mcg/not mg.

Pls could you suggest a brand of supplement to order online??
