I would file a complaint with HIPPA.

I fill some of my prescriptions with Walgreens, only the ones that I am not using long term, and none of the pharmacists have ever asked me any questions. I've only been asked if I had questions for the pharmacist about my prescriptions.

My long-term use prescriptions are filled by Express Scripts.
