We are all different, but I needed five months off before returning to work and my job is office based but I also do lots driving.

If you still have the symptoms you describe you need quiet rest without stimulation, and you should avoid long walks also. Leading as boring life as possible is unfortunately what you need and getting 1 to 2 hours sleep in the afternoon will also help recovery. Sorry, but it takes time!

If you have headaches, you should maybe get some pain meds off your doctor.

PCS following head injury November 2012. Experienced dizzyness, light and noise sensitivity, hypercusis, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, facial pain, problems concentrating, irritability, sensory overload, exercise intolerance.

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
