Cupping-Hokum(nonsence) or a useful tool?
My wife posted a picture of me on facebook one day with some Chinese cups on my back. Her friend replied that it was, "Hokum". I wasn't sure what that meant so I looked it up. It means, "Pretentious nonsense". Everyone's entitled to their opinion but I disagree with that.
I've been using these for a couple of months now and I think they're a very useful tool. I can tell a big difference in the flexibility of my muscles. They feel much softer and pliable and my movement is improving. I also think that the suction helps to separate layers of muscle and decompress things. After more than 30 years with TOS, that's what I want. Compressed muscles and joints are a big part of this, so I'm going to continue to use these.
