I am usually over on the myasthenia forum, but saw your post - I also have symptoms very similar to LEMS, I get IVIG>. but they can't pinpoint exactly what the cause is.. where is your pain? My muscles hurt to be touched - to sit and my joints, even my sternum hurts.. Anyhow the MG forum is great and has several others who have been diagnosed with LEMS
