It's swelling on the left side right above the clavicul bone, funny thing is my neck felt the best it ever has today in about a year but the swelling is really bad.

Similarly, an enlarged right supraclavicular lymph node tends to drain thoracic malignancies such as lung and esophageal cancer, as well as Hodgkin's lymphoma.
