Just wanted to bring an update. Last couple months I have been drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day. In the last 2 months, I've went from 272lbs to 250lbs. I need to lose that 50lbs to get down to 200
What I've started recently is eating an apple a day, or two - I've cut out ice cream and desserts. I'm drinking the juices from Bolthouse Farms such as Berry Boost, Green Goodness and Carrot Juice. I have to say though when I first tasted the carrot juice, it was horribly nasty, to the point where I almost threw it back up. Why is that?
