since so many neuromuscular disorders have overlapping symptoms, foot drop would not be a complete surprise to me for anyone with MG or any other neuromuscular disorder

one would think foot drop is ONLY a symptom of PN but those of us with PN may have other symptoms that hint of MG, PD, MS, etc

since nerves tell our muscles what to do, ANY neuropathy (nerve damage) could affect muscles as well anywhere in our bodies

just my $.02
