I have used 3 pair over the years. I found the bottoms wear out pretty fast. I haven't bought any new ones since I retired, as I don't wear them much except for more dressy needs.

There is some arch support, but they are hard soled...so I put in
heel cushions in mine. I have high arches, which don't need much support.

From the descriptions, it looks like the inside insole may have been redesigned. But I can't be sure.

Originally they were made for people who flew great distances and sat for long periods, having feet swell up. They are really popular in Europe, also.
