Men and women have been guilty of this kind of deception for millennia. IMO, What he did was mendacious and contemptible, morally and ethically reprehensible... but not rape. Filing charges would not only be fruitless, it may cause even more problems for you.

People who do this invariably repeat, and eventually get caught by their spouses, and hoisted by/with their own petard.

However, if he lied to you about that, he may have lied about other things as well. It would be prudent to have yourself checked out by your doctor. If you're ok, then forget this pig, and get to know future dates a bit better before taking that step.
