my pec minor isn't "tight" anymore but i have a bunch of "bubbles" under my collarbone/pec minor area.

when i swing my left arm in the morning after walking up a flight of stairs all of my fingers lightly tingle and the pec minor/collarbone area can sometimes hurt.

any guesses? i dont understand, it's not tight!!! what are the bubbles? trigger points?
