Sorry to hear of your troubles. People on here might be able to help a little, but if you are feeling the way you are I think you need to talk to a health professional.

I was in a desperate state with light/noise sensitivity, memory loss, chronic headaches, tinnitus, insomnia, fatigue etc until I was prescribed an antidepressant, and now things have since improved.

Head/brain injuries may cause chemical imbalances in the brain which heighten symptoms and also affect mood, but there are some medications out there that may help you. They have certainly helped me.

PCS following head injury November 2012. Experienced dizzyness, light and noise sensitivity, hypercusis, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, facial pain, problems concentrating, irritability, sensory overload, exercise intolerance.

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
