Hi I started to notice a slight improvement at 3 months then very slowly from then.
Things seemed to get better. It was like 2 steps forward and 1 back, if you see what I mean.

One year on am nearly there. Although just recently hit my head again.
So taking lots of rest.
Just keep positive and things will get better.
