Is anyone familiar with a symptom tracker tool? An app or something that makes it easy to keep track of the patterns of your symptoms?
Aside from an increase in symptoms when I do too much exercise, I have never noticed specific effects of other things like sugar, gluten, alcohol, etc. I have noticed that sometimes my pain will decrease significantly for a few days and I will foolishly believe things are improving, but this always seems to come before it gets worse, meaning it gets worse than it was before.
Now, after reading some of the posts here, I'm wondering if I need to pay closer attention.
