Mirandamir,

Sorry to hear about your concussion, it is excellent news that your CAT scan is clear.

I would say it's most likely your brain and body are still in a very fatigued state following your concussion.

Therefore you are having fatigue symptoms from physical activity such as sex and from carrying four shopping bags for a mile.

Headaches in some cases are an indication that you are doing to much, I used to get them all the time. So try and slow down and get as much quiet rest as possible until you feel better.

PCS following head injury November 2012. Experienced dizzyness, light and noise sensitivity, hypercusis, fatigue, insomnia, migraines, facial pain, problems concentrating, irritability, sensory overload, exercise intolerance.

Symptoms mostly resolved, working full time and I am now mostly better. I wake 6am daily since my injury. Was experiencing daily Neuralgia which was controlled with Cymbalta 30mg, Lyrica 200mg daily. Now only on 30mg Cymbalta.
