When an antibiotic is given for a viral infection.... sometimes a rash appears...it is called a viral exanthem.

You can Google that term.

PN does not occur so fast as a rule. It can following use of fluoroquinolones..like Cipro. But not as often with other antibiotics.

The symptoms of PN may occur independently of actual nerve damage... which is another form of PN. Sometimes it is difficult to separate out "parestheisas" or symptoms, from real damage.

In your favor is time. Infectious events are often confusing and there is no real answer for you so quickly. When you get upset and super stressed, those symptoms can seem bigger. We all know this on this forum. So try to relax a bit...and see what develops.
