Thank you for the replies. When it presented it was extreme burning on hands and feet, severe pins and needles, feet feel hot to the touch. After about a day, I do see a very slight red rash that looks like it's coming from the inside out, almost like small blisters. Does that not sound like PN?

I did read on parestheisas but it basically sounded the same as PN? Would I go see my primary DR regarding this issue or a special DR? Does parestheisas generally clear? I for sure need a mono test as I'm pretty sure what I have is viral. I'm totally off antibiotics for about 12 hours now but it's not getting any better.

Is parestheisas temporary or can it be permanent as well? What kinds of Dr's know about this issue?
