I would love to know too...but, I am not hopefuly. The nurse at my dr's office said they did have one patient that had really researched it and tried a bunch of different things...none worked.... But, then again...we are all different. I have found nothing in food or environment that help me... Oh wait, swimming in the Caribbean when we were on vacation...but, can't do that every day
