It's a bit ironic that you mention B-12, I had been taking B-12 suppliments(
these) up until a few months ago, primarily in hopes of aiding the periphral neuropathy affecting my feet. As I had taken the B-12 for a year but had not realized any improvement of the PN in my feet, was the reason for discontinuing.
I did 'feel' that the B-12 had provided some general benefit in my health, but I really did not have tangible evidence to point to.
