Hello all to those who get heartburn. This acid reflux is more dangerous than I ever knew. It is important to stay on top of it with a good gastro doc. I ate tums and over the counter products for years before I finally gave in and saw this kind of doctor. My own Gerds, resulted in having barretts esophagus, and hernia. With proper care and plenty of check ups, I am finally better. Please keep seeking good help, so it doesn't progress to something more serious. Sleep elevated if you can, that will help.
