Hello Strizzlow, Congratulations on being steroid-free. I haven't taken them for years, but I do remember I felt a great deal better, away from them.

Alternative medicine is very much, a personal choice. If we "believe" it will work for us, it often will, and there's nothing wrong with that. Western medicine relies on the mind/body connection as well. It's science.

Taking interest in our diet is very beneficial--there is always room for improvement.

Watch for the practitioner who tells you they can "cure" you.
The FDA and Health Canada state that it is illegal to use the word "cure" if
there isn't one. As well, if a practitioner tells you to go off any medication, RUN...!
