My neuro started with Ritlan, did nothing. Tried Amantadine (sp) worked a little but we kept upping the dose and it wasn't working anymore. She tried to put me on Provigil, my insurance company won't cover it! It is "off label" use to treat MS fatigue with Provigil! I tried contacting the drug company for financial assistance and they say, "We don't offer financial assistance for Provigil" even though their website says they do.

So there are things to try, some work for some and not others. Hope you find help. I have two little ones and am right there with you in the same battle.
