I u deer stand what you are saying! I cannot stand the fatigue! My neurologist really listens to me and works with me! We tried Amantadine for fatigue but all it did was give me awful headaches. Noe I am on 20mg of Ritalin and I can function. It has been a big help! Hang in there and talk to your docs about options!!
