I'm 5 months post injury, and still have wild bouts of vertigo. They tell me I have vestibular migraines which cause the true room spinning vertigo. I am working with a PT now, and am starting vision therapy soon as my nystagmus is crazy and is embarrassing!! Do you get nystagmus with certain movements or stressors?
