Took breaks, rode in the back, slept 1/2 way, to a very quiet, peaceful destination trying to have a break.

Now I'm having bouts of vertigo. I've had vestibular therapy for four months, over 20 visits. My vertigo and dizziness were nearly gone.

Does this mean I'm starting over? I do have moderate vestibular damage and trouble tracking, pt migraines.

As soon as it starts I start looking for my focal point and try not to panic. Vertigo scares me, dizzy I can handle.

Any thought? Jace
