As everyone so wisely says, it will take a while to come off Cymbalta. In my case the tingling and burning were made worse with Cymbalta. Your doctor should give you a titration schedule based on your dosage. My tingling and burning is rare now and I take Tylenol. I have had to learn not to push myself hard or I will pay dearly with pain the next days. I did have some issues after following my titration schedule to a tea. But my doc told me what to do for it.
