I'm in the same boat. Find it difficult to do simple household tasks. I'm frustrated in my usual walking campaign because we have had so much forest fire smokiness that I can't go out, but today I'm going to try to go out and walk. I think exercise is something we have to try to do. I MUST exercise on my bed before sleeping or I will not sleep. The stretches lower the spasticity and pain, if I do the whole series, which is sometimes difficult as I feel sleepy and unwilling. If I walk outside, then I must sit down and watch TV when I come home--I will be muscle tired--but I will be more alert. Some of us can't walk, as I do when the situation is right, but there are many bed or mat exercises which can be done. I know this sounds like I don't understand the problem. I do, I realize I have to catch that exercise bus only at times when it happens to come by. Many times, not feasible. So get in some movement whenever it seems possible. I really appreciate your feelings.
I'm extra tired because I had to evacuate ten days for the smoke of the fires nearby. Of course I am very tired when I come home. It takes weeks to put things away. But the main thing is not to feel guilt! Don't! You did not ask for this. Please remember that.
