I had said something similar to my Epileptologist at one point in time. She said what I thought were anxiety attacks (which randomly showed up without a trigger) were probably associated to my seizures. I personally find that my AED's do nothing for stress/anxiety for me. Then again, most of them don't help with my seizures.
If it is seizure activity you have, I wouldn't be too shocked to find out yours are hanging around your Occipital and/or Parietal Lobe.
