Can you get the infusions at home? My neuro had the visiting nurse come to my home to do the IV steroids. It made it so much easier. If your insurance will cover it, it's easier and less time on your part.
Good luck and I hope it doesn't get worse so you won't need the steroids.
Good luck to your dad too. Having multiple health problems in the same family is stress by itself.
