some of the new "broker" offices are kinda cool. they help you with selling your home yourself, but do all the closing. the commission is 1-3% of the sale price. it all depends on if you find your own buyer. they also will look.

but all the legal stuff is what scares me. i talked to a title company. the lady said it is actually pretty easy. but easy for her mightnot be easy for me.
