I am wondering if the more in depth side of things will happen when I'm nearer getting one on the waiting list. I will ring and ask though.

I've borrowed one from the Red Cross today. They have said 8 weeks for me which is 2 weeks more than they said when I enquired. There's also a possibility (no promise) that I could re-hire it at the end of the time but I think in all honesty I need a better one. One thing that I think I will need to use the chair as a walker is attendant brakes as this one is very slightly 'runaway', not badly but enough to make me think.

Baz insisted on pushing me home in it to practice in case I ever need help. He was like a kid, I'm surprised I got out alive.
