Actually....your adrenalin attack may be an anxiety issue. Close to my initial diagnosis, I was having the same type of thing.
It seemed to come out of no where. I also had sudden attacks of phobia....like driving across a bridge or heights.....something I never had before.
Much of it went away....but some remains. Its like a free floating type of anxiety.....hits you anytime or place.
I personally think it came with the MS.
I take a low dose Ativan (.05)

If you are feeling the "flight or fight" response......its anxiety
Mine is not real bad like a panic attack......just what I would call "hyper awareness"
