I had a theory that when I overtax my brain it just does not turn off. The night after my accident I could not sleep at all, it was like a bright light was turned on in my brain and I could not shut it down.

It was almost 4 o'clock in the morning when I fell asleep and then it was only for a couple of hours. Too much stimulation seems to get my brain stuck in overdrive and it take a lot of time to turn it down.

Hope it gets better, it sounds really scary.
