Sorry you are having such a hard time with the pain. If you can, ask your doctor about Ketamine infusions. There has been some success with that from trials with our military. Some have had a remission. There is also a ketamine compounded cream that may take the edge off. Bio freeze is along the same lines. I don't have RSD but PN, and I use all the above.
