I originally filed for SS in 2007 I had not worked since 2005 in 2007 my case was deigned. To make a long story short my case went all the way to the Federal Level in which it was remanded back. This happened recently on 6-26-2013. (the ALJ did not give my treating psychiatrist any weight) I have a clear diagnosis for PTSD, I also have other medical issues. I am currently prescribed medications (47 pills a day). I have done a lot of reading and realize that my case is one of the few that is remanded back by the Federal Court System. I was looking to see if anyone else had any way to track the case in the Social Security System. My wife is a paralegal and was able to track the case in Pacer (federal) previously. Also, I would like to get better understanding of the SECOND hearing I will be subjected too. I also read that SS may just approve the application. Is there any information someone can give.
