Default How to avoid withdrawals

Anyone have any suggestions on what I can take to help with withdrawals from morphine? Today will be my first day without it. I have a few tylenol 3 and klonipins. The only thing my doctor would give me is clonidine. I do have a little methadone, but would rather not it.
